General Information

1150 Clubhouse is an independent restaurant located at Avenue Salomé 2, 1150 Woluwe-Saint-Pierre, Belgium. Although situated within the grounds of the Woluwe Tennis Club, we are not affiliated with the club. By visiting our venue or booking a service, you agree to the following terms and conditions. ##

Reservations

Online reservations are available for up to 15 guests and do not require a deposit. For groups of 15 or more, we kindly ask you to call us directly so we can provide the best possible service. Reservations are confirmed only after receiving a confirmation message from our team. ##

Cancellations

Please cancel your reservation at least 24 hours in advance. For large group bookings confirmed by phone, additional cancellation terms may apply and will be communicated during booking. No-shows may result in cancellation fees at our discretion. ##

Events & Private Bookings

Private events require a signed agreement and a deposit. Final guest numbers and menu choices must be confirmed at least 5 days prior to the event. Any property damage caused during the event will be the client’s responsibility. ##

Gift Cards & Promotions

Gift cards are non-refundable and valid for one year from the date of purchase. Promotional offers, when available, cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. ##

Allergies & Dietary Restrictions

We do our best to accommodate food allergies and dietary preferences. However, due to shared kitchen spaces, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. ##

Liability

1150 Clubhouse is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings on the premises. Guests are expected to behave respectfully and assume responsibility for their own safety. ##

Privacy & Data

We only collect the data necessary to process reservations or answer inquiries. We do not send newsletters or marketing emails. Your data is stored securely and is never shared with third parties without consent. ##

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately. ##
